Shipping Policy

We deliver across Suriname, to every district and resort.

Your order number is shown as soon as you place your order, and we send it to you by email together with your order confirmation. You can also follow your order in your account.

Delivery always has a fee. The fee depends on your district and resort, and the fee for your address is shown at checkout, before you place your order. Store pickup is free.

For your convenience, you can pay in cash or by PIN when your order is delivered or when you collect it. How it works:

• Sign in to your account and fill in your details completely: your name, delivery address, email address and a phone number we can reach you on.
• Choose cash or PIN as your payment method.
• You receive your order number by email.
• Wait for your order and pay when it is delivered, or when you collect it in store.

You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. Use your order number as the payment reference and upload your proof of payment. We process your order once we have confirmed the payment. If we do not receive the payment, the order may be cancelled.

You can also collect your order for free at one of our stores: Commissaris Weytinghweg 64 in Paramaribo, or Sukramsing Straat 50 in Nickerie. Choose the store at checkout.

We email you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring your order number with you to the store.
