Refund and Return Policy

You can return an item you bought from us within 7 days of receiving it, on the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition;
• its tags must still be attached and it must be in its original packaging;
• you must show your proof of purchase, such as your receipt, your order confirmation email or your order number.

Items that were damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned or refunded. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either. If you have a question about a specific item, please get in touch before you buy.

Returns are handled in our stores:

• Bring the item, within the 7 days, to one of our stores: Commissaris Weytinghweg 64 in Paramaribo, or Sukramsing Straat 50 in Nickerie. You can find both on our stores page.
• Bring your proof of purchase, such as your receipt, your order confirmation email or your order number.
• Our staff check the item and tell you whether the return is approved, and what happens next.

Once your return is approved, we arrange the refund with you. If you paid by bank transfer, we may need your bank details to make the refund.

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is faulty or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can look into it and put it right.

If you want the same item in a different size, you can change it within 7 days of receiving it, on these conditions:

• the item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, with its tags attached and in its original packaging;
• a size change depends on stock: we can only change it if the size you want is available.

Bring the item and your proof of purchase to one of our stores in Paramaribo or Nickerie. If you want to check first whether your size is in stock, contact us through our contact page.

Jack Russel Jeans reserves the right to refuse returns and size changes that do not meet the conditions above.
